BOXX has had my back for the last eight years, so the trust is there. That’s why it was easy for me to stand up against IT consultants and managers and say with confidence “We need to look at BOXX,” because there is that experience and BOXX has never let me down. The quality is second to none. I also know BOXX has awesome technical support, but happily, I’ve never had to use them.
The FLEXX units enable us to have powerful GPUs in these systems and everybody can work from wherever. You get the space savings, you get the great BOXX support, and you get more features and robust performance.
We had no frame rate issues, everyone enjoyed it and that is sustained by the power of BOXX workstations. BOXX allows creators to have the freedom to be creative and to let that creativity soar.
The ability to pool systems (using BOXX Cloud), utilize them effectively and not leave machines sitting idle while still covering our DR needs, saved us at least two hundred thousand dollars annually.
Our BOXX is really critical in the projects were doing because people need the 3D visualization to help them understand what we’re talking about. With this hardware, we can utilize all of the latest 3D software to take them through the house virtually, fully rendered.
With our new BOXX computer, our frame simulation timeline turned from three months into two weeks! Without the BOXX computer, it’s pretty accurate to say that the car we just unveiled—we probably wouldn’t have been able to unveil half of it.
It is peace of mind—knowing that when I have a tight deadline, I don’t have to worry about my machine working. That’s a big deal. Or I know if I run into a problem, I can call you guys. I have full confidence in BOXX and that’s a huge deal because you don’t need added stress on top of everything else and deadlines are always shifting.
It’s industrial, like a real piece of machinery— elegant, heavy-duty machinery. The tech support hotline feels more personal and is very responsive. With BOXX, it feels real. I know they’re in Texas and the machine feels like it is made by people who do what I do.
We're going for Diamond Records and Grammy Award-winning songs. You're not going to do that off of a prosumer Dell. You're going to do that with something that's cutting edge and exclusive. That's what BOXX is. If you want the best of the best, that's used by the best of the best, that's what BOXX is to me.
BOXX tech support was awesome—great! I've dealt with a lot of other companies, billion dollar companies, and I'm not sure what your market value is at this point, but I believe your(BOXX) tech support is some of the best, if not the best that I've had.
Initial boot time has been cut by two thirds. Time to launch 3ds Max has been cut in half or less. Other programs open in an instant. My navigation within large high polygon count scenes is virtually seamless. Before, saving large files could take up to 90 seconds, maybe even two minutes. With the new BOXX, that time is cut down to five seconds.
