Providing unparalleled hardware and software expertise, our support team is located at company headquarters in Austin, Texas and equipped with the tools and resources necessary to support you and your workflow.
All BOXX systems include a standard three-year limited warranty, with Premium Support & Services included free in Year 1: 24/7 phone support and Next Business Day onsite repair service. Customers can extend Premium Support into Years 2 and/or 3, but only at the time of system purchase; it cannot be added later.
All warranty returns must be shipped to BOXX Technologies in original packaging or replacement materials provided by BOXX. Contact BOXX Technical Support to request packaging materials. Returns in non-standard packaging may incur additional charges or void the warranty.

BOXX has had my back for the last eight years, so the trust is there. BOXX tech support was awesome—great! I've dealt with a lot of other companies, billion dollar companies, and I'm not sure what your market value is at this point, but I believe your(BOXX) tech support is some of the best, if not the best that I've had.
Initial boot time has been cut by two thirds. Time to launch 3ds Max has been cut in half or less. Other programs open in an instant. My navigation within large high polygon count scenes is virtually seamless. Before, saving large files could take up to 90 seconds, maybe even two minutes. With the new BOXX, that time is cut down to five seconds.
