FREE 24-HOUR SHIPPING
Systems ship within 24 hours on business days to the best of our ability. Actual timing may vary depending on when the order is placed and any unforeseen circumstances.
- Orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, to qualify for the 24-hour ship commitment.
- Weekends and BOXX-observed holidays do not count toward the 24-hour window.
- The 24-hour period begins after payment or credit approval and BOXX order acceptance, not at the moment the order is placed.
- Shipping within one business day does not guarantee delivery within one business day.

- Standard ground shipping
- A single delivery address
- Locations accessible by normal commercial carrier service
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, international orders, expedited delivery, liftgate service, or other special handling charges. This free shipping offer covers freight cost only. Consistent with BOXX’s standard terms of sale, delivery is F.O.B. Seller’s plant, Austin, TX, and title and risk of loss transfer to Buyer once the goods are picked up by the carrier.
UNIT AVAILABILITY
The 24-hour free shipping offer applies to the first 100 pre-built units. Inventory shown on the site updates approximately once per hour and is an estimate, not a real-time count. Once the 100 pre-built units are sold, the same discounted price remains available for the rest of the sale period, but standard lead times apply instead of the 24-hour ship window. Estimated standard lead time will be posted on the site once in effect.
ELIGIBILITY
This offer is available to end-user customers in the United States only, purchasing through BOXX.com or a participating BOXX sales representative. Unlike BOXX's standard quote terms, this offer does not extend to Canada. Reseller, distributor, government-contract, Canadian, and other international purchases are excluded unless approved in writing by BOXX.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. BOXX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. There is no maximum number of units a customer may purchase. Payment and credit approval follow BOXX's standard requirements.
PRICING AND TAXES
All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or fees, which are added at checkout.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before that day's 1:00 p.m. Central Time order cutoff. Once the cutoff has passed, the order has entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. A cancellation request made after that point will be handled as a return, subject to the 15% restocking fee below.
RETURNS
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, consistent with BOXX's standard return policy.
WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
Standard BOXX warranty and support terms apply to units purchased during the sale. Sale pricing does not modify or extend standard warranty terms.
RELATIONSHIP TO STANDARD TERMS
All purchases are also subject to BOXX's standard terms of sale, warranty terms, and applicable return policies. If these promotional terms conflict with BOXX's standard terms, these promotional terms control solely with respect to this offer.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
BOXX may update these terms at any time without prior notice. The version posted at the time of purchase governs that order.
