Joining BOXX in 2001 as president and CEO, Rick has more than 30 years of high tech industry experience with companies such as Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems, IBM, and CompuAdd. Prior to joining BOXX, Rick was general manager of the U.S. Retail and Banking Systems Division of Siemens where he had a direct role in stabilizing the business and establishing a solid foundation for the growth of the Division in North America.

Tim currently serves as vice president of engineering and operations, responsible for managing system operations, manufacturing and product development. Prior to founding BOXX, Tim was the founder of Cooperative PCs, a personal computer and consultant business specializing in high-performance system design.

An astute, multilingual sales and marketing professional with over 30 years’ experience directing business development initiatives and managing accounts, Antonio joined BOXX in 2019 as VP of Sales. Responsible for all global sales, he has a strong track record of successfully building long-lasting networks. Previously, Antonio served as Sales Manager at Prologica Computers and as Executive Director of Enterprise Solutions and Center of Competence for Dell Inc.

Responsible for overall marketing and sales strategy, developing and deploying data-driven inbound, outbound, account-based marketing programs, and sales execution. Bill has held top marketing, sales, and business development roles at Intel, Motorola, Dell, and several start-ups, earning numerous awards along the way. A graduate of the University of Santa Clara, Bill also holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics from American University.

Shoaib joined BOXX in 2008 as Director of Business Development, overseeing international, OEM, and reseller channels. In 2009, his role expanded to include VP of Marketing, where he helped foster CAD market growth which now accounts for over 50% of overall revenue. In 2018, he began a Services business within BOXX. Shoaib received his BSEE from California State University, Long Beach and Executive Education from Cornell University.

Maggie joined BOXX in 2018 as Director of Finance and is responsible for financial accounting and reporting. A Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas, she earned her BBA in Accounting from Texas State University and offers more than 20 years of leadership experience in both public accounting and as Chief Financial Officer/Controller within the healthcare, real estate, and self-storage industries.
